THE HISTORY OF T.E.C

T.E.C was founded through a shared passion for quality timber construction and a strong understanding of the industry. Managing Directors Robert Bell and Oliver Leask first met while working together on a  Passivhaus new-build project for South Ayrshire Council during 2022.

Their complementary experience across joinery, carpentry, building and construction established a shared commitment to quality, practical problem-solving and successful project delivery —providing the foundation for T.E.C Ltd.

Today, this combination of practical expertise, technical knowledge and hands-on project experience remains at the heart of our business. We deliver reliable timber engineering and construction solutions, tailored to the needs of each client and project.

Our focus is on expert craftsmanship and a solution-focused approach to construction. By combining practical experience with modern timber engineering techniques and collaborative project management, we deliver efficient, high-quality solutions with a strong emphasis on safety, performance and long-term value.

QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM & CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT.
