Where you require experienced specialist tradespeople to work as part of your existing site team, T.E.C Ltd can provide skilled carpenters, joiners and specialist personnel on a labour-only basis.
Our experienced operatives can integrate directly into your project team and work under your site management and supervision.
Hourly Rate
For projects where the scope or duration may develop as works progress, we can provide our services on an agreed hourly-rate basis.
This provides flexibility where works are subject to changing site conditions, programme requirements or additional works.
Fixed-Price Works
Where the scope of works can be clearly defined, T.E.C Ltd can provide fixed-price quotations for individual elements or specialist packages.
We work from the available project information to establish the requirements and provide a clear quotation for the agreed scope.
Contract Works
For larger or more involved projects, we can undertake specialist contract works, taking responsibility for delivering an agreed package from commencement through to completion.
Our team can work alongside the wider project team to coordinate our package with the overall construction programme, site requirements and other trades.
